We are ALTEKA.

We help healthcare companies leverage their resources
to create opportunity for growth and value realization.

We are a group of experienced healthcare executives with international experience, networks and insights, dedicated to your success. We help companies seeking to harness and drive innovation - internal and external - and leverage their resources to create opportunities for growth and value realization.

Our clients are typically bigger companies wanting to open new areas of growth by fostering and supporting intrapreneurialism, and smaller companies and entrepreneurs wanting to better understand, define and monetize their innovation.

Areas of focus are health, longevity and wellness; domains of activity are medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, consumer products and biotechnology/pharmaceuticals.

We provide an objective outside perspective on what choices to make; what internal strengths and capabilities you have and what areas of vulnerability we see, which markets to pursue and which to avoid, what project to prioritize and which to de-emphasize and how to translate strategy into a discretely defined action plan.

We position innovation to play an integral role in sustaining the future of your business to enhance and create value for all stakeholders. We act as an innovation catalyst inside your organization to create the ability to quickly take your ideas and products to market in a scalable way. Additionally, we can support you in establishing your innovation eco-system by finding the right partners to collaborate with and complete your network.

We help with target identification and assessment, due diligence, financial, business and operational analysis, forecasting and valuation metrics, deal structure, negotiation and bid strategy, closing and integration planning. We have a network of legal, financial, accounting, tax and banking experts that we can leverage for your success.

We help deconstruct projects to a set of related activities and track these against financial, organization and market objectives to create well-defined milestone, timelines objectives and ownership and track for accountability, resource utilization, read flags and general progress.

We understand funding dynamics from both perspectives and provide guidance on valuation structure, target investor profile and funding need. We can leverage our network of seed funders and family offices, foundations early stage capital, development capital and market expansion capital.

We apply years of extensive international legal experience along with key in- house and external law firm networks to a broad range of business issues and challenges, allowing companies to grow internationally and optimize business operations. We focus on getting the practicalities fixed in a cost-effective manner, mapping and managing risks as well as making strategic and practical choices with leadership teams.
